Die Wohnung liegt in Schöneberg, in sehr zentraler Lage in der nähe von Akazienstraße und Haupstraße. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die 2er WG ist in der 4. Etage. Die Wohnung hat Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmachine und Küchengeräte.Im Moment gibt es eine Fassadensanierung der Gebäude, die noch ein paar Wochen dauern wird.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin macht ein Studium im Kulturbereich.
Sich gegenseitig zu respektieren und die Wohnung sauber zu halten sind wichtig für ein gutes Zusammenleben.
Ich würde mich freuen wenn du mir bei Interesse schreibst und mir ein bisschen was über dich erzählst. Wenn du an dem Zimmer interessiert bist, können wir gerne für ein Kennenlernen einen Termin machen.

Hi,
The apartment is in a very central area of Schöneberg, close to Akazienstraße and Hauptstraße. Yet, it is very calm. It is on the 4th floor. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, and other kitchen appliances. At the moment there is a renovation of the building facade which will go on a couple of more weeks.
Your future flatmate studies in the field of culture.
Respecting each other and keeping the flat clean is important for living together.

Es gibt viele Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, ein Kino und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Die S-Bahn Julius-Leber-Brücke und die Bushaltestelle sind direkt vor dem Haus. U-Bahn Haltestelle Kleistpark ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
