The flat is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator!) in an old building but the flat was recently renovated. The room is completely furnished and faces south so it’s very bright it and has a high ceiling with a loft bed. The kitchen has most of what you need to cook nice meals and there is also a washing machine.
I will be taking all of my personal stuff out of the room so you have space to put yours. But I will leave my sewing machine, speakers and projector which you can use if you like. :)
The area is kind of posh but very nice and calm. There are nice restaurants on the same street, edeka, Aldi and späti all within walking distance.
The closest stations are Viktoria-Luis-Platz, Spicherstraße and Wittenberg Platz, and Zoologischer Garten is reachable by bike in 10 minutes.
You will be living with my wonderful flatmate Sophie, she’s 22 and speaks German, English and little bit of Spanish. She’s a student but also works for Bio Comoany so she will be working from home sometimes. She’s vegan but doesn’t mind if you’re not as long as you respect her diet.
I’m looking for someone who will take good care of my room and my plants while I’m gone. You don’t have to be a pro with plants, just need to water them once a week. :)
In the ad it says the room is available till 1st of September but it will most likely be available a couple days longer. Let me know until when you want to stay, I am flexible with the dates.
