Dein Zimmer liegt zwar zur Straße, die aber verkehrsberuhigt ist.
Es ist ist recht groß und schön hell. hat ein Großes Fenster und Jalousien.
Aktuell steht ein Sofa und ein kleiner Nachttisch drinnen, die übernommen werden können.
Die Wände wurden vor einem Jahr neugemacht und gestrichen.

Your room is located on the street, which is however traffic-calmed.
It is quite large and nice and bright. has a large window and blinds.
Currently there is a sofa and a small nightstand inside, which can be taken over.

Die Wohnung liegt nördlich des wunderollen Kiezes Rote Insel, der Kreuzberg und der Akazienkiez sind ebenso wie der Gasometer und das Gleisdreieck auch um die Ecke. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist auch nicht weit weg. Ansonsten finden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tolle Bäcker, Cafés und Bars in direkter Nähe. Gleich um die Ecke ist auch ein wundervoller Späti für den Notfall oder nur das Feierabendbier.

- U Kleistpark (8 min)
- S Südkreuz (15 min)

The apartment is located north of the wunderollen Kiez Rote Insel, the Kreuzberg and the Akazienkiez are also around the corner as well as the Gasometer and the Gleisdreieck. The Tempelhofer Feld is also not far away. Otherwise, various shopping opportunities, great bakeries, cafes and bars can be found close by. Just around the corner is also a wonderful Späti for emergencies or just the after-work beer.

Die WG besteht aus mir ( Patrick, 33) und ,von Mittwoch bis Freitab, bzgl. jedes 2. Wochenende auch bis Montag, meinem Sohn Henri (1.5 Jahre) und unserer Katze Bubu.
Ich arbeite derzeit viel im Home Office oder Kammer mich um Henri. Du solltest also selbstständig sein, aber zusammen kochen, essen etc. sollte auch drin sein.
Wichtig ist, dass Du dir im klaren darüber bist, dass Du mit einem Kleinkind zusammenwohnst, das auch gerne mal Krack macht und chaotisch ist. Und meistens pünktlich um 19 Uhr ins Bett geht.
Der recht große Balkon und das Wohnzimmer sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung und bieten allerhand Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.

The WG consists of me (Patrick, 33) and ,from Wednesday to Friday, resp. every 2nd weekend also until Monday, my son Henri (1.5 years) and last but not least our cat Bubu.
I currently work a lot (home office) or take care of Henri. So you should be independent, but cooking, eating together etc. is appreciated from time to time. :)
It is important that you are aware of the fact that you live together with a kid who likes to make a fuss and is chaotic. And usually goes to bed punctually at 7 pm.
The rather large balcony and the living room are for common use and offer all sorts of entertainment possibilities.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, bis auf dein Zimmer, und alles ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Falls Du Lust hast kannst Du dich gerne im Frühjahr an der Bepflanzung des Balkons beteiligen, aber dies ist definitiv kein muss.
