Leider zieht unser Mitbewohner Ende Oktober aus. Daher suchen Wir für unsere WG ein/-e Nachmieter/-in ab dem 1.11.2020 bis Ende Dezember 2021 (es könnte nach absprache auch länger sein).
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 26 m2 und ist sehr hell. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr groß mit einer großen Küche, ist sehr lebendig und gut gestaltet mit allem was man braucht. Das Zimmer könnte nach absprache teilmöbliert oder leer gemietet werden.

Unfortunately our flatmate is moving out at the end of November. Therefore we are looking for a new flatmate from 1.12.2019 until the end of December 2020 (it could be longer but in case we need to arrange that).
The room is about 26 m2 and is very bright. The apartment is also very large with a large kitchen, is very lively and well designed with everything you need. The room could be partly furnished or rented empty.
Sehr Zentral, zwischen Schöneberg und Potsdamer Platz. U1-2-3-4 nur eine Minute zu Fuß. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (REWE,LIDL, ALNATURA; EDEKA,..)
Ich, Francesco, bin 30 Jahre Alt und ich arbeite als Berater für Nachhaltigkeit und Energie für Gebäude und Quartiere. Lino ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert gerade an der FU. Generell, sind Wir unkompliziert und freundlich und Wir wohnen gerne in WGs. Wir mögen kein zweck WG und Wir mögen das Möglichkeit etwas zusammen zu organisieren, ein bier trinken, grillen, Brettspiel spielen und hauptsachlich kochen (als richtig Italiener :)). Wir mögen aber auch unsere Ruhe zu geniessen und versuchen Wir beide nicht zu chaotisch zu sein.

I, Francesco, am 30 years old and I work as a consultant for sustainability and energy for buildings and neighborhoods. Lino is 24 years old and studies at the FU. Generally, we both are uncomplicated and friendly and we like living in shared flats. We enjoy the possibility to organize something together, drink a beer, grill, play board games and mainly cook (as real Italians :)). But we also like to enjoy our rest and we try not to be too chaotic.
