Hello there!
The cozy flat of Pegah, Stephan and Isaak is looking for a temporary fourth member to live with us for 6 months from February to Juli 2021 until Anton, returns to Berlin.
What we offer:
A room of 11m^2 (see first two pictures) with view of our garden. The room is partially furnished, chair, desk, bed and shelves are there. Logistically we are in a top position, with 5 min from U7, U2, S1, S2 and U12, close access to the Gleisdreieck-Park, a cheap vegetable street market every Wednesday and Saturday, close to the Winterfeld Platz where you can find most kinds of restaurants. We have a garden that we share with a kindergarten which we can use freely in the evening.
Who we are:
Pegah is a data scientist who works for a non-profit. She likes all kinds of Netflix series, debates in the kitchen, geography, dining and wining, and logical puzzles.
Stephan is a PhD in math who loves to sing (sometimes in the shower), musical theater, karaoke, board games, everything spooky, and to read short stories to each other.
Isaak is doing his Masters in math and likes to dance, play guitar and piano, sketch in his sketch book and to write poems, basically everything artsy.
What we do together:
We often sit in the kitchen and debate most everything from how to handle personal feelings of inadequacy, why politics is so difficult, when we can expect our AI overlords to arrive. While we listen to everyone's needs and try to respect them as best as possible, we also take pride in being able to openly discuss all kinds of subjects, so if you are easily triggered this might not be the flat for you!
We like to hug, so be prepared!
Sometimes we do massage circles, watch movies together or read each other science fiction stories. Quizzes or hidden identity games (Werewolf, Resistance, ...) are also held in high esteem.
We have a regular cleaning schedule and try to keep the flat tidy. Also Covid19 is a strong concern for us, so we try to minimise personal contacts and visitors to a level that is still healthy in a viral as well as psychological sense.
