Sowohl das Zimmer, als auch der Rest der Wohnung sind mit wunderbar erhaltenem dunklem Stuck, Dielenböden und Holzflügeltüren ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat Ostausrichtung und, da kein Haus direkt auf der anderen Seite steht, einen sehr guten Lichteinfall und exzellente Luftzirkulation. Des Weiteren verfügt die Wohnung über ein sehr modernes Bad (Wanne, Dusche, WC, Urinal), ein Gäste-WC, eine moderne Küche, zwei Balkone (kleiner zur Straßenseite, großer zum Innenhof), und ausreichend zusätzlichen Stauraum. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist gerade erst renoviert worden.
Hi! We're offering a large, bright room in our newly founded flat share for August 1, 2021 move-in.
The room itself, as well as the rest of the apartment are equipped with wonderfully maintained stucco, parquet floors and wooden doors. The room is facing East, and there is no other house directly opposite of it, so that natural light and fresh air can enter the room easily. In addition, the apartment features a modern bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet, urinal), a guest toilet, a modern kitchen, two balconies (a smaller one to the street, and a larger one in the backyard), and plenty additional storage space. The apartment is located on the first floor and was just renovated.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, sehr schönen Wohngegend (Nebenstraße) mit ein paar kleinen sehr guten Restaurants, Cafés und Bäckern. Sie ist verkehrstechnisch bestens angebunden. 4 Min. zu Fuß zur S-Bahn-Station Julius-Leber-Brücke (S1), 8 Min zur Akazienstraße (viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Cafés), 10 Min zu Fuß zum Bhf Südkreuz. Es gibt 2 FitX Fitnessstudios in der Nähe. Gleisdreieckpark und Bergmannkiez sind auch in laufbarer Distanz. Mehrere Buslinien fahren tw. direkt vor der Haustür ab.
The apartment is located in a quite neighborhood (side street) featuring a few small bars, cafés and bakeries, but is also close to 'the Berlin life', and very well connected with regard to public transportation. 4 minutes walking distance to S-Bahn stop Julius-Leber-Brücke, 8 min to Akazienstraße (many shops, restaurants, cafés), 10 min to Südkreuz train station. There are 2 FitX fitness studios close by. The park at Gleisdreieck and Bergmannkiez are also within walking distance. A couple of bus routes stop directly at the corner.
Wir, Jan, 31, und Jens, 32, stehen fest im Berufsleben ohne dabei den Genuss am vielseitigen Berliner Leben zu kurz kommen zu lassen.
Wir suchen einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin, der/die interessant, ordentlich, aufgeschlossen und aktiv ist.
Neben genug Raum um sich Zeit für sich selber nehmen zu können, soll unsere WG keine Zweck-WG sein, sondern durch unseren Wohnraum (Küche, Couch mit Beamer/Leinwand & großem Esstisch) ein Ort sein, an dem wir gut zusammenleben, uns austauschen und auch Freunde einladen können.
We, Jan, 31, and Jens, 32, are two young professionals, who also like to enjoy all that Berlin has to offer. We are looking for a flatmate (m/f) who is interesting, clean, open-minded and active. Besides enough space to be on one's own/spend time alone, our flat share should by no means be just three people locked into their rooms. We want to use our large common space (kitchen, couch and projector screen, large dining table) as a place to live well together, have conversations and invite friends.
Alle Interessenten sollten auch fest in einem Beruf stehen, und längerfristig einziehen wollen (6 Mon - 1 Jahr+). Bitte schreibt uns doch ein bisschen zu euch, was ihr in Berlin macht, wie ihr eure Freizeit verbringt, wie lange ihr einziehen wollt, was man sonst noch über euch wissen sollte, etc. etc. Wir freuen uns auf ein erstes Kennenlernen!
