Es ist ein entspannter Kiez, der eine Vielzahl von netten Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe bietet. Die Wohnung ist zentral in Berlin-Schöneberg gelegen und die S-Bahn (S1-Friedenau) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und in 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The beautiful neighbourhood is laid-back and green, yet offers a variety of nice cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The flat is centrally located in Berlin-Schöneberg and the S-Bahn (S-Friedenau- S1) is nearby and can be reached in 4 minutes on foot.
