We’re two girls, age 20-23, studying Fashion Design and Environmental Science. We’re searching for a friendly roommate to join us in our flat in beautiful Schöneberg. In total we there would be three of us living in the flat with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Your room would be about 16m2. The room is really sunny and light with large Windows facing the garden. It’s furnished with a big wardrobe, chairs, bedside table and a couch. At the moment it’s not furnished with a bed, but there’s a possiblity the landlord can provide a bed.
The apartment is located two minutes walk from Innsbrücker Platz, enabling you to take the U4, S-Bahn and buses. Die Stadtmitte is reachable by 20-25 minutes by bicycle. The surrounding area is peaceful and calm but the flat is conveniently located only 5 minutes walk from central Schöneberg with access to many pubs and restaurants. There is a large green park only 2 minutes away by foot. All the amenities are close by including 3 supermarkeds less than 10 minutes away.
I’m Amanda, a norwegian girl turning 21 in November. I just moved here and so far I’m really enjoying the area. I will be attending a Fashion Design school in Bergmannkiez. Most of my freetime I spend on designing and making clothes. I also enjoy being with friends, whether it’s sitting in parks or enjoying an evening together. I also like punk music and ice skating. I’m a vegetarian and I care for the environment.
My roommate is Rebecca. She’s from England but also speaks a bit of German. She worked as an Au Pair in Frankfurt Am Main last year. She will begin a Masters in Global Change Geography at Humboldt University. She enjoys being outside, exploring the surrounding areas by bike and baking. She is not a full vegetarian but we like to cook vegetarian food together. She likes old rock music and we like vintage shopping.
We’re not a Zweck WG, we enjoy cooking meals and drinking wine together and exploring the locale area. We would to have someone to join us, but we also appreciate the time by ourselves. We’re open minded people and welcome likeminded people of all nationalities.
Everything is included in the price, internet, electricity, heating and water. We also have a washing machine, well equipped kitchen and a shared balcony. There is access to a small garden and a bike cage to safely store your bike. We are open to online and in person viewings. We look forward to hearing from you.
