Geräumiges eigenes Wohn/Studiozimmer. Doppeltüren schwingen auf zum Kreisrunden Schlafzimmer im Eckturm des Hauses. Die Decken über 3,5 meter hoch, das Schlafzimmer besticht durch 180 grad Fensterfront mit langen weißen Vorhängen - Traumhaft!
Der Winterfeldplatz liegt an mit 2 min Fußweg, dort sind etliche kulinarische Möglichkeiten, der Kuhdamm ist 5 min entfernt, der Nollendorfplatz bietet 4 verschiedene U-Bahnlinien in jede Richtung.
Die WG besteht aus Berufstätigen, man hat seine Ruhe. Ich zahle 600,- warm.
Ich suche eine ähnlich große und schöne Altbau Wohnung ab 1,5 /2 Zimmer (ab 55 qm) bis 770,- Euro warm. Eventuell 2 er WG mit der Option eines Tages die Wohnung zu übernehmen. Schickt mir eure Tauschangebote ;)
