I am renting my beautiful room from 05.03 to 17.03!
The room is 24 squared-meters-big and it is part of a giant flat with a living room/coworking space, kitchen, two bathrooms, a room for the waschmachinen, and more.
It's lightful and totally furnished with a bed, space to put your clothes and things, a desk with it's chair, and an sofa, among other comodities.
We are two blocks away from the Ring-bahn /U-bahn (U9) Bundesplatz. Three blocks away from the closest supermarket and 10 minutes walking to the amazing Volkspark Wilmersdorf. The transport connection is very convenient: in 20 minutes you will be in Neukölln, in 30 minutes in Wedding, once we have the Ring Bahn, you can access very easy any part of Berlin. Also, we are 20 minutes by bike to Grunewald und Templelhoff.
We are very easy going, I would say. You can be yourself, and feel home in any part of the big Wohnung. I would let you two options in case you want to work from home: a desk in the room itself, and a desk in the livingroom, where we have our "Bundes-coworking", a space where we use to work, sometime together, some times, alone. In the livingroom it is also a beamer to whatch movies!
We are: David, technology is his thing; Juan, who is a musician, Gabor our designer and creative and Jana who studies Latinoamerican Studies. All my roomies are lovely and open to talk but respectful of personal spaces.
We have a cat called Pitu. She is sweety. We allow ourselfs to smoke all over the wohnung. That's important information, if you feel you wont like it, I would invite you not to apply. :)
