The Loft is located directly at Nollendorfplatz with access via Motzstrasse. The room is located in a factory floor, which is used as a therapist loft. Two rooms in the front part are used by therapists, two rooms in the rear part are shared rooms. There is a separate bathroom for the living area and a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, hotplate.
Die Fabriketage befindet sich direkt am Nollendorfplatz mit Zugang über die Motzstrasse. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Fabriketage, die als Therapeuten-Loft genutzt wird. Zwei Räume im vorderen Teil werden von Therapeuten genutzt, zwei Zimmer im hinteren Teil sind WG-Zimmer. Es gibt ein separates Duschbad für den Wohnbereich und eine Teeküche mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kochplatte.
The office loft is located in the garden building right on Nollendorfplatz in one of the best neighborhoods in town. 7 subway lines 1minute away. Die Etage liegt im Hinterhaus im 1. OG direkt am Nollendorfplatz mit Blick auf Brandwand und Parkplatz. Der Kiez rundherum ist extrem lebenswert. 7 U-Bahnlinien und viele Busse 1 min vor der Tür. Edeka, Lidl und Allnatura und der Winterfeldtmarkt vor der Tür. Viele nette Kneipen, Restaurants und Imbisse in den Seitenstrassen rundrum. Hier will keiner mehr weg.
