Vorhanden sind Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommode, zwei Wandregale und ein Kleidergestell. Zudem kann ich noch weitere Möbel wie Kleiderständer, Fächerregal und Nachttisch nach Absprache vorübergehend stellen (siehe Fotos). Über die drei Fenster im Erker kommt genug Licht in den Raum, besonders über das Eckfenster lässt sich die Sonne gut genießen. Der Raum ist klein, man kann aber den Flur davor gut mitnutzen. Außerdem habe ich es aktuell ziemlich vollgestellt, weshalb es kleiner wirkt, als es ist. Neben Küche und Flur mit Esstisch gibt es zwei Bäder, damit auch zwei Duschen.
There is at least a bed, desk, chair, dresser, clothes rack and some shelfs in the room. We can also talk about that I leave some more furniture you can see at the pictures for some time. The room is bright because of the three windows, where the sun come in beautifully. The room is small, but you can also use a part of the corridor. Without my many stuff it's actually bigger. Additionally to the kitchen and the hallway with eating table there are two bathrooms with two showers.
Das ist das Beste an der Wohnung! Man läuft 7 Minuten zum Wittenbergplatz oder Nollendorfplatz (U1, U2, U3), 5 Minuten zum Viktoria-Luise-Platz (U4). Quasi direkt vor der Haustür fährt der M46, mit dem man ca. 10 Minuten zum S+U Zoologischer Garten braucht. Es ist alles nötige in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, der Nollendorfkiez und das Bayerische Viertel bieten sowohl Idylle als auch Unterhaltung. In der Nähe sind viele LGBT-Bars, Restaurants und diverse Läden. Bio-Laden und Discounter sind auch da. Man ist aber auch super schnell am Ku'damm, falls das nicht reicht.
The best oaf this flat! Its very near to the western city centre and to different mobility options (U1, U2, U3, U4, M46). You are in 7 minutes by walk at Wittenbergplatz (KaDeWe) and in 10 minutes by bus at the central station of "Zoologischer Garten", from where you get pretty quick to main station, Alexanderplatz or Potsdam. In the near you can find bars (especially LGBT), clubs, cafés and grocery markets.
Es handelt sich eher um eine Zweck-WG, aber alle Mitbewohner sind super freundlich und offen. Man kann also auf jeden Fall ins Gespräch kommen, nur nicht auf Deutsch. Es wird auch aufeinander Rücksicht genommen. Alle studieren (irgendwas mit Business haha) und kümmern sich angemessen um die gemeinsame Fläche. Es gibt einen unkomplizierten Putzplan und die WG ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.
You would live with some international student, all friendly, helpful and considerate. Main language is English. There is a cleaning plan and you find everything you need to cook, clean or wash in the flat.
Ich würde gerne bis April ausziehen und suche nach einen Untermieter für die restliche Vertragszeit. Darum ist keine Anmeldung möglich. Der Zeitraum ist relativ flexibel und kann mit mir abgestimmt werden, drei Monate sind aber das Minimum.
I want to move out in April (maybe even earlier) and am sourcing for a subtenent for at least three month. But if you need to stay longer, that might also be possible.
