WG-Zimmer auf Zeit in einem wunderschönen Altbau (Einzugsdatum flexibel)

Hallo liebe/-r zukünftige Mitbewohner*in,

mein Name ist Kevin (37) und ich vermiete ein WG Zimmer in meiner wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in der ruhigen Bozener Straße, am Bayerischen Platz. U7, U4 sind direkt um die Ecke, die U9 Berliner Straße lediglich 7 Gehminuten entfernt.
Trennungsbedingt wurde das Zimmer kurzfristig frei. Ursprünglich war es das Arbeitszimmer/Gästezimmer von meiner Partnerin und mir. Das Zimmer hat ein sehr stilvolles und hochwertiges Schlafsofa. Die Matratze ist extrem komfortabel. Es gibt einen Schrank und einen Schreibtisch. Zu deinem Einzug räume ich natürlich alle meine Sachen aus dem Zimmer raus (bis auf das Bücherregal). In den Kellerraum gibt es noch recht viel Platz, falls Möbel oder so von dir untergestellt werden müssen.
Die Wohnung als Ganzes ist riesig und mit allem ausgerüstet. Eine "Anmeldung" ist leider nicht möglich.
Das Wlan ist hervorragend.

+++Wichtige Infos zum Zeitraum++
Meine Ex-Partnerin und ich haben uns entschieden, die Untermiete in einem ersten Schritt erst mal nur bis zum 20. Januar anzubieten. Dann werde ich ausziehen und meine Ex-Partnerin kommt wieder in die Wohnung zurück. Wenn unser Zusammenwohnen in der ersten Phase gut geklappt hat, könntest du mit Maryna als deiner neuen Mitbewohnerin auf unbestimmte Zeit dort weiter wohnen. Ihr lernt euch schon vorher kennen. Sie ist ein erfahrener WG-Mensch und wirklich die beste Gesellschaft, die man sich vorstellen kann.

Zur mir:
Ich selbst bin ein recht entspannter Typ mit viel Sinn für Humor. Unter der Woche bin ich auf Arbeit (bis auf mittwochs), also für Homeoffice hättest du fast immer deine Ruhe in der Wohnung.

Ich fände es wichtig, mit meinem/meiner zukünftigen Mitbewohner*in auch mal ein wenig Zeit zu verbringen, zusammen zu quatschen und auch mal ein Bierchen zusammen zu trinken.

Hi future flatmate :)

Im renting out a room an in my beautiful apartment in the quiet Bozener Straße in the "Bayerisches Viertel" neigbourhood Schöneberg.

The U7 and U4 are 3 minutes around the corner, U9 Berliner Straße 7 minutes by foot.

Due to recent separation, a bedroom has become available. It has a comfortable and luxurious pull-out couch. The mattress is really good! There is a wardrobe and a desk. Originally this was our study/guest room.
When you move in, I'll clear out alll things, of course. Except for the bookshelf with my books and some folders. There's also space in the basement room if some of your extra-stuff needs to be stored.

The apartment itself is huge and equipped with everything. The wifi is very good.
"Anmeldung" wont be possible unfortunately.

+++Dates+++
You can also move in later than the 22nd of November. That is just the soonest date.
As a first step, me and my Ex-Girlriend would like rent out the room till the 20th of January.
Then I will move out and my Ex will move back in. If our co-living situation worked out in the first period, you can stay for longer/an unforeseen time with Maryna as your new flatmate. She is a great overall person. If we get along with each other then you will also 100% get along with her.

About me:
I would describe myself a pretty laid back person, always up for a laugh. I work as high school teacher so during the week, so I will be away from 07:00-16:00 (except for wednesdays).

I think it's important to spend at least some time with my temp future flatmate, i.e. to chat and have a beer together.
But I’ll also be gone for most of the Christmas holidays, so sadly we wont have that much time to spend together.
