I am renting my room and office space in our beautiful Altbau apartment in Schöneberg. Dates are flexible, the room is free from December 1 to January 31
My room is facing a quiet and green backyard, only 13sm but cozy and cool even in hot summer days (the whole apartment is).
The flat is 180sm, with two bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room, and an office space with balcony.
The closest UBahn Station is U7 Eisenacher Str (less than 10')
U1 / U2 Nollendorf Platz is at 15' walking
Good public transport connection to the city centre for museum visits and sightseeing
Supermarkets nearby
Goltzstr, Akazienstr, and Winterfeldt Platz with their cafés, restaurants and bars are also very close
Local farmers market in Winterfeldt Platz happens twice a week
We are three friends working in the field of visual arts, living together out of choice and not of necessity.
The building is quiet, clean, and calm and we work so parties and loud music at night are not allowed.
You will see a dog in the pictures, she'll be travelling with me, there will be no pets at home.
