Hello there,
This is a TEMPORARY room rental. I am going on holiday and would like to rent out my room for dates exactly as listed.
c.a. 20 sqm. private room in a 3 person WG, I am living with 2 male senior citizens (they are very chill and usually keep to themselves). Looking for a quiet, clean person who can also keep clean of the shared spaces. More pictures upon request. Due to some events happening in the past, I am putting a 200€ kaution as safety net which you'll get back afterwards. Further details below:
- Washing Machine
- Dishwasher
- Shared kitchen & toilet
- Wifi and LAN cable (just no torrents please)
- The room is smarthome enabled, so the main electric ports/lighting is only Alexa enabled. I respect your privacy however if you are not comfortable with this, might be difficult to enable things.
- Our WG is nice and quiet so would appreciate if you would respect this especially during quiet hours. Ideally no guests please.
