I'm subletting my room in my apartment while I'm away. You will be living with a couple, and sharing a communal bathroom and kitchen. Working space with adjustable standing desk, monitor and ergonomic chair. Fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer and projector. Would be ideal for a couple, or someone coming to visit Berlin! I am looking for a reliable person who can also keep my plants alive while I'm away so having a green thumb is a plus. The room gets lots of sun during the day.

It it located in Schoneberg, 5 min from the Schoneberg S bahn + the ring. Also close to U bahn stations, about a 10 min walk. Across the street from a movie theatre, many grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Also close to many parks, the closest is the Rudolph-Wide Park which has a pond and long walking trail. It is close to Rathaus Schoneberg, which has markets on during the week and on Sundays has the Flomarkt.
You will be living with a couple, and sharing a communal bathroom and kitchen. We tend to make sure that the space is clean and comfortable for us all to live in. I'm looking for someone who will be a good fit for my roommates while I'm away, and be respectful towards our things and be mindful of noise. As the apartment is quite large, has plenty of room for you to have some privacy as well.
As this is a short sublet, there is no anmeldung.
