The bright new apartment in the modern BRICKS building is distributed over two floors: Upstairs is the common area (kitchen with cooking island, living & dining room, guest toilet, & balcony), downstairs the bedrooms, a shared bathroom, as well as a storage room. Cellar compartment and bicycle cellar are also available. The heart of the building is the huge roof terrace with great views over Berlin! Within the apartment we have three balconies in total.
Die Wohnung ist im renommierten BRICKS-Gebäude gegenüber der Kaiser-Wilhelm-Passage mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka, dm, Rossmann, Tedi, etc.) gelegen. Die S-Bahn-Station Julius-Leber-Brücke (S1), die U-Bahnhöfe Kleistpark und Eisenacher Straße (U7), sowie zahlreiche Busstationen (Albertstraße, ...) sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafés, Parks und Sportmöglichkeiten (Yoga, div. Fitnessstudios, Sauna, Schwimmbad) gestalten das Leben in Schöneberg als sehr angenehm - es ist alles da, was man für den Alltag so braucht!

Although the apartment is located in the heart of Schöneberg, our 4-person shared apartment is quiet, because the common rooms as well as the room offered in the advertisement are located to the inner courtyard.
Eine sympathische Vollzeit-arbeitende Truppe Ende 20/Anfang 30 mit diversen Interessen - das sind WIR.
Auf keinen Fall eine reine Zweck-WG, sondern ein Ort an dem gemeinsame Interessen (Sport, Kunst, Kochen) aktiv geteilt werden - natürlich mit genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Da wir alle Vollzeit und z.T. im Home-Office arbeiten, geht es bei uns innerhalb der Woche entspannt zu; am Wochenende darf das Berliner Nachtleben aber nicht fehlen!

Gabriela - 32-jährige Architektin aus Bulgarien. Liebt Kunst, Natur, Sport & das Nachtleben. Immer offen für ein Glas Wein am Abend. Schätzt gutes Essen, Kreativität & Ordnung.
Cyntia - 31-jährige umweltbewusste Sportskanone aus Hamburg mit großem Herz. Arbeitet im Online-Marketing, liebt Design, das Kreative & Bücher. Verbringt den Abend gerne in geselliger Runde, sei es gemütlich in einem Restaurant oder tanzwütig im Club.
Walter - 28-jähriger Software-Entwickler aus Kanada. Begeistert sich fürs Klettern, Natur, und das Kochen. Die Nachteule unserer WG & immer für ein herzliches Gespräch zu haben!
