GERMAN: Ich vermiete mein Zimmer möbliert für einen Monat, weil ich außer Landes bin :) Dementsprechend ist es voll möbliert und eingerichtet wie ich es täglich nutze. Die Möbel sind großteils tischlergebaut, weswegen ich sie gerne gut behandel. Zimmer ist KEIN durchgangszimmer.

Das Zimmer liegt südseitig, direkt an der Hauptstraße. Es ist groß (25 m2), hoch (4 m) und hell. Es hat einen ca. 3 m2 Balkon. Die Hauptstraße hört man natürlich bei geöffnetem Fenster, bei geschlossenem Fenster stört sie aber nicht.
ENGLISH: I rent out my fully furnished room, as I spend one month away from home. Resulting, it is furnished and set up the way I use it everyday. The furniture is mostly carpenter-made (which is why I like to treat them with care). Room is NOT a walk-through room.

The room is facing south and is located on Hauptstraße. It is large (25 m2), high (4 m) and bright. Is has a ca. 3 m2 balcony. You obviously hear the main road with open windows, but hardly notice any noise when the windows are closed.
GERMAN: Mitten in Schöneberg. Das Apartment liegt 100m von der Akazienstraße entfernt.
ENGLISH: Middle of Schöneberg and the Akazienkiez (apartment is 100m away from Akazienstraße).
ANBINDUNG / CONNECTION
You can hardly be better connected in this part of Berlin.
- U7 (Eisenacher Str. & Kleistpark): 6 minutes by foot
- S1 Julius Leber Brücke: 6 minutes by foot
- S41 & S42 (Ringbahn) 11 minutes by foot
- An armada of busses: 100m (M43, 106, 187, 204, M48, M85) to Neukölln, Steglitz, Wedding, Moabit...
GERMAN: (Abgesehen von mir) zwei gute Freunde, Leo und Tom. Wir sind LGBT-friendly, keine Idioten, sondern gastfreundliche und erwachsene Leute (mittlerweile, oh jeh). Alle berufstätig.
ENGLISH: (Aside from me) two lovely blokes, Leo and Tom. We're good friends, LGBT-friendly, no idiots but hospitable and grown up (by now, god damned). All working.
GERMAN: Du kannst mich jederzeit kontaktieren. Ich liebe mein Zimmer und alles darin und alles was ich möchte ist das du oder ihr eine gute Zeit habt und ich alles wiederfinde wie ich es euch hinterlassen habe :) Der Preis ist actually pretty much meine verdammte Warmmiete, ich mache also keinen Profit. Ansonsten gibts nur die Kaution. Also hey, leben wie ein echter Schöneberger...
ENGLISH: You can contact me anytime. I love my room and the things in it and all I care about is that you enjoy the place and that its the way I left it when I return :) The price is actually my god damned rent so I won't make a profit off this thing :) Other than that, I'll ask for a deposit that will obviously be fully returned.
