Hi,
I am away for 1 month from the 21st of march until middle of april, and subletting my room.
It is in the front building of small Katzlerstraße in Berlin-Schöneberg, close to station Yorckstrasse. Very central with train and bus connection, you can reach almost all other areas in Berlin super fast.
Nearby is Gleisdreieckpark and Viktoriapark, it is a very diverse neighborhood.
The room (first pic) is facing the street side, but is very calm in the night.
You would live with two flatmates, Sarah and Sophie, who are the best. We are friends, so the atmosphere here is definitely frindly and caring. Even if this sublet is just shorttime we hope to find a person, sharing this sense of living together.
Everything is here, you just have to bring your personal things, and i will make some space in the closet etc for you to be comfortable staying.
Please describe a bit of yourself when getting in contact, so we can get a little impression.

Da ich vom 21.03.-16.04. weg bin, möchte ich mein Zimmer untervermieten für einen Monat.
Es befindet sich in der Katzlerstraße, im Vorderhaus und 1.Geschoss eines schönen Altbaus. Die Haltestelle Yorckstrasse ist direkt ums Eck, also kommt man überall super schnell hin. Dennoch ist die Strasse abends sehr ruhig. Die Nachbarschaft ist die beste Berlins, sehr divers, und Gleisdreieckpark und Viktoriapark erreich man zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten.
Du würdest hier mit zwei Mitberwohnerinnen, Sarah und Sophie, wohnen. Wir sind befreundet, das ist definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Und auch wenn die Untermiete nur kurz ist, wäre es schön eine Person zu finden, die dafür sensibel ist und die Auffassung teilt.
Alles ist vorhanden, du musst also nur mit deinem persönlichen stuff kommen. Ich werde im Regal etc etwas Platz machen, damit du deine Sachen reintun kannst.
Bitte schreibe kurz etwas über dich, wenn mich kontaktierst, damit wir vor einem Telefonat oder Besichtigung einen kleinen Eindruck bekommen.
