Das Zimmer ist klein und gemütlich. Morgens schein auch die Sonne direkt in das Zimmer (wenn man möchte). Wenn du deine eigenen Möbel mitbringst wäre das ideal. Derzeit stehen in paar kleine Möbel im Zimmer (ein Klappsofa, kleine Schränke und eine Stoff-Garderobe). Wenn du sie brauchst könnten die da auch stehen bleiben, ansonsten auch ok. W-LAN Router und eine Phillips Hue Basis-Station stehen auch schon in Niclas Zimmer
Einen Laser-Drucker haben wir auch im Flur stehen. Der Drucker, sowie Katzenfutter/-streu Klopapier, etc. laufen bei uns derzeit über ein Soli-Prinzip. Wer daran denkt/Geld hat, der/die holt dann neues.

A nice cozy room. The sun shines through the window in the morning. The room is mainly unfurnished, though some pieces of furniture are there if you want them (Sofa bed, cupboard, and fabric wardrobe). A Wi-Fi router and a Phillips Hue base station are already in Niclas' room.
We also have a laser printer in the hallway. The printer, as well as cat food/ litter toilet paper, and basic food items are currently run on a solidarity principle. Whoever thinks about it.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Parallelstraße, direkt am S-Bahnhof Schöneweide, und ist dementsprechend gut angebunden.
Hier fahren die Linien S45/46/47, S9 und S8/85. Man ist in 15 Minuten am Ostkreuz, in 20 Minuten am Tempelhofer Feld und in 25 Minuten am Alex. Auch Trams fahren bei uns sehr viele Linien, sei es nach Köpenick, Lichtenberg oder Rummelsburg.
Derzeit ist am Bahnhof noch eine Baustelle aber die S-Bahn und Regios fahren komplett regulär.

The WG is located directly one street over from Schöneweide S-Bahn, and is therefore very well connected.
The S45/46/47, S9 and S8/85 run here and you can get to Ostkreuz in 15 minutes, Tempelhofer Feld in 20 minutes and Alex in 25 minutes. There are also many tram-lines here, be it to Köpenick, Lichtenberg or Rummelsburg.
The station is currently still under construction, but the S-Bahn and Regionalbahn are already running normally again.
Nachdem uns unsere Mitbewohnerin Olga zum April verlassen wird, wohnen in der WG derzeit James (34), Kai (24) und Niclas (24) zusammen mit unseren zwei Katzen Jelly und Pebbles (beide 2).
James arbeitet in London, ist aber so oft in Berlin wie er nur kann, Kai arbeitet derzeit in der Hotel-Branche und Niclas studiert Geographie und arbeitet nebenbei in einem Theater. Wir versuchen gerne oft zusammen zu kochen und machen auch gerne mal einen Filmeabend. Ein Mal im Monat wird auch ein WG-Dinner veranstaltet, wo man über alles reden kann, was einem auf dem Herzen liegt.

After our flatmate Olga will be leaving us in April, James (34), Kai (24) and Niclas (24) together with our two cats Jelly and Pebbles (both 2) are looking for a flatmate.
James works in London but is in Berlin as often as he can, Kai currently works in the hotel industry and Niclas studies geography and works in a theater on the side. We try to cook together often and also like to have movie nights. Once a month, we also organize a WG-dinner where we can talk about how we feel, and anything about the WG.
Wenn du dir das alles durchgelesen hast, dann kannst du dir wahrscheinlich denken dass wir keine Zweck-WG sind, sondern auch gerne Zeit mit einander verbringen. Natürlich hat auch jede/r die Möglichkeit die Tür zuzumachen und Zeit für sich zu nehmen.

If you've read through all this, then you can probably guess that we're not a purely functional WG. We want to spend time with each other. Of course everyone still has the opportunity to close the door and take time for themselves, but you get the idea.
