I’m looking for 2 flatmates for my apartment starting September. This add is for Room 1 for 1 person.
Transportation- closest Ubahn U7 with a 4 minutes travel time
The place has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc and a bathroom with washing machine. There are two rooms available :
Room 1 is around 20^2 for 650€(warm )including a bed and a cupboard
Room 2 is the master bedroom for 700€ also furnished with bed and cupboards
So it’s a great place for those who don’t want to furnish rooms from scratch but still have some space to make it their own.
I’ve been living in Berlin since past 2 years and working in a renowned automotive company. Cooking and swimming are few of my passions. I respect everyone’s idea of privacy and expect the same but ideally I’m looking for flatmates who can be like friends. Cooking together or doing some activity now and then, honest communication and cleanliness are most important factors to me.
