Die Zimmer sind vom 01.06.2024 bis zum 31.05.2025 verfügbar, mit der Option auf Verlängerung. Die Miete für Zimmer 1 beträgt 700 Euro und für Zimmer 2 550 Euro, inklusive aller Kosten wie Strom und Internet für beide Zimmer in Alt-Spandau. Die Kaution beträgt 950 Euro.

We offer two separate rooms in an approximately 100 sqm apartment, located approximately three minutes from the Alt-Spandau underground station and the Rathaus Spandau S+U train station.

When you rent the room(s), you will receive a confirmation from the landlord to register with the Citizens’ Registration Office.
