For rent is one room (26,1 m²) in a 2012 renovated flat (ground floor) with 2 rooms + kitchen + bathroom from 1906 with kitchen and bathroom (shower, toilet, place for a washing-machine) for 330,- € plus 120,-€ for all additional costs incl. water, eletricity and heating.
For seeing the flat please contact the current tennant Francisco and Stephan, who is living in the other room of the flat, by SMS.
The flat is located close to U7-Subway-Station Altstadt Spandau (150 m) and Trainstation Spandau (700 m). All shops and facilities are in walking distance.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Sackgasse, 150 m zur U-Bahn-Station Altstadt Spandau,
nahe an der Havel/Zitadelle.
Alles, was man so braucht, befindet sich in Fußnähe: Supermärkte, Fußgängerzone, Parks und Havelsee, Fitnessstudios, Schulen, Krankenhaus, Gaststätten, Kino etc.....
Zum DB-Fern-Bahnhof sowie zum Einkaufszentrum Spandau-Arkaden sind es nur 700 m.
IKEA Spandau, Baumärkte, Mediamarkt, etc. sind ca. 1 - 2 km entfernt und gut erreichbar.
Der Bezirk Spandau ist der westlichste Bezirk des ehemaligen West-Berlins und grenzt direkt an Brandenburg. Er besitzt eine komplett eigene Infrastruktur und viele Grün- und Erholungsflächen. Hier mündet die Spree in die Havel und es gibt viele Seen und Freizeitmöglichkeiten (sehr schön sind z.B. Paddeltouren durch "Klein-Venedig"). Bekannteste Sehenswürdigkeit ist die Zitadelle mit dem Juliusturm, eine Festungsanlage, die schon Napoleon genutzt hat. Nahe der Zitadelle und Spandauer Schleuse und der Wohnung liegt der "Kolk", der älteste Stadtteil Berlins mit noch gut erhaltenen Fachwerkhäusern.
Zur Wohnung sind es von dort nur 2 Minuten.
Spandau ist sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar (die U7, S-Bahn, Regionalbahn und Fernverkehrszüge (ICE), halten hier).
Die Vermieterin hat die Wohnung Anfang 2012 gekauft und renoviert, arbeitet jedoch in München und vermietet die Wohnung bis zum gepanten Selbstbezug (voraussichtlich erst in einigen Jahren).
Im zweiten WG-Zimmer wohnt Stephan. Er arbeitet nach einem Auslandsaufenthalt in England nun an der Uni in Berlin, hat seine Doktorarbeit abgegeben und ist nun national und international auf Jobsuche, wird also verutlich auch bald ausziehen.

The apartment has been bougth and renovated by its owner in 2012, but as the owner is working in Munich the flat is for rent, until she will move to Berlin (in farer future).
The actual roommate has worked in England for a while and works now for the University in Berlin. At the moment he ist looking for a job worldwide, so he possibly will move a´out soon, too.

Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus mit Anwohnerparkausweis möglich, nur 50 m weiter ist das Parken allerdings frei und es gibt immer Parkplätze. Eine Tankstelle befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Parking is allowed only for residents in front of the house, but only 50 meters away parking ist free and there is always parking space left. A petrol station is nearby, too.
