Hello, I’m renting out my room in the dorm of Studendorf Schlachtensee because I have to move out early. It’s for 3 months with no extension. You’ll have your own 12-13 sqm space but also access to a large equipped kitchen and bathroom. Outside you have a gym and laundry room open at all times. Very close to Aldi and Edeka, also to several bus stops. The rent is normally higher but because I can’t offer Anmeldung, I’m reducing the price and pay for some of it myself. It’s a very nice deal if you need accomodation for short term.
The rental price is based on 23 sqm, which is calculated by adding your private room with a percentage of the common areas. Also included is full access to all indoor and outdoor campus facilities. You have your own private, furnished room complete with bed, linens, desk, chair, bookshelf and dresser.
You can move in after or a few days before 15th January
The Schlachtensee student residence is located directly on the beautiful lake Schlachtensee, which is one of the most popular places for swimming and outdoor sports in the summer. The Grunewald nature preserve is also nearby. The landmark buildings themselves have a colourful history and are protected as a historical heritage site. It is especially ideal for students of the Freie Universität (FU) Berlin which is the closest university. Downtown Berlin is a 45 minute train ride.
