Das Zimmer ist 16m^2 groß und im klassischen Berliner Altbaustil. Hohe Decken, teilweise erhaltener Stuck und alte Türen machen machen dieses Zimmer aus. Die wunderschönen alten Dielen sind versiegelt und die doppelte Fensterfront ist ebenfalls doppelt verglast mit alten Fenster. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, da es auf den grünen Hinterhof herausgeht.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße. Es gibt außerdem eine Einbauküche mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Die Küche ist möbiliert, mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet (Geschirr / Schüsseln etc.) und hat einen Gasherd. Die Küche sowie das Bad gehen ebenfalls auf den Hinterhof heraus.

The room is 16m^2 large and in the classic Berlin old building style. This room has high ceilings, partially preserved stucco and old doors. The beautiful old floorboards are sealed and the double window front is also double glazed with old windows. The room is very quiet as it opens onto the green backyard.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a calm street off a main but speed-reduced road. There is a kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is furnished, equipped with cooking utensils (crockery / bowls etc.) and has a gas stove. The kitchen as well as the bathroom also look out onto the backyard.
Die Wohnung liegt sowohl an der U3 (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) sowie an der U9 (ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß). Außerdem kann man entspannt zum Rathaus Steglitz gehen und da fährt die S1.
Für FU Studenten ist die Lage super. Mit dem Rad zur FU braucht man ca. 10 Minuten und es fährt auch ein Bus dorthin wie auch die U3.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kleine Restaurants und Kneipen sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe!

The apartment is located both on the U3 (approx. 5 minutes walk) and on the U9 (approx. 7 minutes walk). You can also walk to the Rathaus Steglitz and the S1.
The location is great for FU students. By bike it takes about 10 minutes and there is a bus to the FU as well as the U3.
Shopping possibilities, small restaurants and pubs are also in direct proximity!
