Wir leben in einem großen Einfamilienhaus, welches wir entsprechend umgebaut haben. Im Erdgeschoss und Keller wohnen wir, im ersten Stockwerk sind die eigentlichen drei WG Zimmer mit zusätzlichem Tageslichtbad und im Dachgeschoss befindet sich die gemütliche WG Wohnküche.
Das freie Zimmer ist möbliert. Anmeldung ist möglich. Heizung, Strom, Wasser, schnelles Internet und alle Nebenkosten sind in der Miete enthalten.
Es gibt einen schönen großen Garten, eine Terrasse, im Sommer einen kleinen Swimmingpool und für die Fahrräder eine sichere Garage.

Hi,
we are looking for a single, quiet, responsible woman without permanent visitors. The place that we offer is really nice and clean. The house is in Lankwitz that belongs to Steglitz-Zehlendorf, the bus stop M82 (24/7) is just 100m away, S-Bahn Lankwitz 10 min by bus and U-Bahn Rathaus Steglitz 20 min by bus. The bus stop to bus M11 is also near, a fast connection to FU. Or bus X83 also easy to reach.
The area here is quiet, safe and clean with lots of nature, parks and some supermarkets nearby. We live in a house with two apartments, the one on first floor is to let and has three WG rooms, plus kitchen, bathroom and living room. A 29 years old woman from Costa Rica and a 23 years old woman from Japan are living here. With them you would share the place.
Your room is furnished. The bathroom on this floor and the kitchen/livingroom in the attic you share it only with two women.
In the apartment downstairs we are living. Rachel is 33, born in the Philippines, living for 13 years in Berlin and working.
I am German, 48 and self employed.
Sometimes we can cook and eat together and sometimes everybody can just do his/her own things alone, that worked really good in the past years. In summer we can meet also in our garden. There is a swimming pool and we like to bbq sometimes. We do lots of sports like walking, jogging if you like you can join us .
The monthly rent is 650 € including all. Registration/Anmeldung is no problem.

Lankwitz liegt im südlichen Teil von Steglitz-Zehlendorf. Es ist eine ruhige, sichere und eher bürgerliche Gegend.
Weit und breit keine Party-Locations, Spätkäufe oder Fastfoodbuden.
Es gibt hier viele schöne Parks und Grünanlagen und der Berliner Mauerweg ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Supermärkte (Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Penny) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. In 2,5 km Entfernung findet man den Wochenmarkt an der S-Bahn Lankwitz oder den Kranoldmarkt in Lichterfelde Ost.
Die Mensa der FU in der Malteser Straße (Campus Geowissenschaften) ist auch nah dran. Das Stadtbad Lankwitz erreicht man in 10 Minuten.
Die Buslinie M82 fährt 24/7 durch die Straße, die Haltestelle ist nur 100m entfernt. Man braucht 10 Min zur S-Bahn Lankwitz oder 20 Min zur U-Bahn Rathaus Steglitz, 30 Min. zur FU, ca. 35 Min zum Bhf. Zoo, ca. 40-45 Min zur Charité Mitte. Die Haltestellen der Linien X11, M11 und X83 sind auch nicht weit weg.
Wir sind Rachel (33) und Stefan (48), berufstätig, wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Im 1. OG wohnen Johana (29), aus Costa Rica, berufstätig und Kaho (23) aus Japan (Studentin). Die Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr ist uns allen sehr wichtig. Das wöchentliche Putzen von Küche, Bad und Flur haben wir organisiert, das Zimmer sollte in Eigenregie geputzt werden. Wir fühlen uns in einem sauberen Haushalt wohl.
Wir suchen eine verantwortungsvolle ruhige Einzelperson ohne Haustiere und ohne Dauerbesucher. Bevorzugt werden Leute, die mindestens 6-12 Monate bleiben wollen. Gerne verbringen wir gemeinsame Zeit mit unseren Mitbewohnern beim Kochen und Essen, im Sommer im Garten beim Grillen, bei sportlichen Aktivitäten usw. Trotzdem hat jeder sein eigenes Leben, kann die Tür auch zu machen und ungestört lernen, lesen oder auch von zuhause aus arbeiten. Wir sind auch relativ viel unterwegs.
