Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß und ist unmöbliert. Die Möbel auf den Fotos bleiben nicht. Das Zimmer hat eine ziemlich hohe Decke mit Stuck. Es gibt Laminat am Boden und ein Fenster. Es ist sehr ruhig, weil es ohne gegenüber ist.
Das Bad verfügt über ein Fenster und eine Dusche.
In der Küche steht eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3 O.G und es gibt keinen Aufzug.
Fahrräder können im Hinterhof abgestellt werden. Die WG ist eine Nichtraucher-WG.
Natürlich ist eine Anmeldung möglich!

The room is 20 sqm und without furniture. The ceiling is pretty high and there are stucco. The surface is laminate. The view is on the inner courtyard.
The bathroom has a window and a shower.
There is a washing machine in the kitchen.
The flat Is on the 3. floor, without an elevator.
Bikes can be parked in the courtyard. The WG is for a non-smoker.
Of course, an "Anmeldung" is possible.

Die Wohnung liegt in der nähe von mehrere zentrale Punkten.
Durch die gute Anbindung der U9 (Fußweg 10 Minuten) und der S1(Fußweg 15 Minuten) ist man schnell im Berlin Zentrum.
Zum Fuß ist man ebenfalls in der FU in 30 Minuten oder mit X83 in circa 15 Minuten. Viele Buslinien (M85, M48, 283, 285 und N9) sind verfügbar und sind sehr regelmäßig.
Rewe und Lidl erreicht man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Sonst gibt es viele Geschäfte am Schlossstraße.
Das botanische Garten, Wannsee, Königswald erreicht man leicht.

The connection is excellent to go to the city center as well.
Rewe and Lidl can be reached by 2 minutes of walk.
Du würdest dir die WG mit mir teilen. Ich heiße Julie und komme aus Frankreich. Ich arbeite momentan Teilzeit und studiere Amerikanistik an der HU. Ich bin in Berlin seit Oktober 2017.
Ich wünsche ein ruhige und entspannte WG-Leben. Wenn du "eine "old soul" Frau bist, dann ist es für dich hier richtig!
Wir können gerne was zusammen kochen oder reisen (ich fahre gerne spontan nach Hamburg, Leipzig, Stockholm für den Tag).
(natürlich wenn Corona Krise fertig ist..)
