Nice room with park view in Zehlendorf. The room is fully furnished, and there is enough space to store your belongings (2 chairs, bed, table, and a small wardrobe are available).
Bathroom and kitchen are shared and equipped with everything you need.
The atmosphere is relaxed and rather simple.
The rent is 350€ warm, including internet for August, 500€ in September. The deposit is 500€.
As it is offered on short notice and spontaneously, the rent is reduced by half (normally 700€) in August, and to 500€ in September. A rental period of 1 or 2 weeks is possible (Ask for price)

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse direkt an einem kleinen Park. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten bis Zehlendorf Mitte mit Geschäften aller Art und S-Bahnanschluss.

The house is located on a quiet side street right next to a small park. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach Zehlendorf Mitte, where you can find various shops and an S-Bahn connection.
Ruhige WG, in der jede Person ihre eigenen Dinge machen oder sich austauschen kann. Im Allgemeinen sind wir viel unterwegs, daher ist die Wohnung tagsüber, abends usw. oft komplett frei.
