We are looking for a roommate from 01.10.2023 to 30.11.2023 for our 3-person shared apartment.
It is a large bright room with balcony, beautiful high ceilings with stucco and a beautiful wooden floor.
Regrettably, the WG will be closed to 30.11.2023. Until that time we (German and Ukrainian) would like a nice person to take care of the room. Gladly also couples, but then the service charges will be a little higher. We are both working and would be happy if you are too.
We offer a desk, a small bed and a closet. (The photos are still from my current roommates so the furniture can not be taken over as you see on the picture. Please feel free to bring your own furniture.)

The weekend we like to invite friends sometimes. But this is always after consultation with all residents.
There is a common living room and a spacious kitchen with gas stove (unfortunately there is no big oven, we help ourselves out with a pizza oven).
