Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin, für eine sanierte Altbauwohnung welche im Herzen von Steglitz zu finden ist. Das Zimmer welches ich anbiete ist schön hell und sehr geräumig, durch die hohen Decken wirkt das Zimmer größer. Bereits vorhanden sind eine Küche, sowie Waschmachine und ein Balkon, welche nätürlich mitbenutzt werden können.
Man brauch bloß 5 Minuten bis zum Edeka sowie 8 Minuten bis zur Feuerbachstraße. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten kann man also am Potsdamer Platz sein. Zur lautstärke kann ich sagen das es wirklich sehr ruhig ist und man sich auch mal gemütlich auf den Balon setzen kann ohne das einem die Ohren abfallen. Die Nachbarn sind alle freundlich und nehmen auch mal die Packete an.
Ich suche jemanden der auch ruhig ist und nicht 24/7 besuch empfängt. Haustiere wäre nach absprache möglich. Jeder kocht für sich selbst und wäscht natürlich auch ab.
