The apartment in the Art Nouveau stucco old building, built in 1910, is located on the 1st floor (of a building of 4 floors) and includes 4 rooms: the open kitchen with dining room is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

The room is facing the back. There is a balcony for your use, located in the front building. It features a large sofa, a work desk, and various dressers. Inside the room, there is a large wardrobe and a spacious king-size bed. Currently, one room is occupied by a female language student in her mid-twenties, and another by an art teacher.

Grundlegende Haushaltsarbeiten wie reinigen, waschen, Müll trennen sind selbstverständlich und wird fair geteilt. Rücksichtnahme und gegenseitiger Respekt für die Privatsphäre des anderen ist selbstverständlich. Gäste sind herzlich willkommen. Wir sind zwei Personen im Haushalt.
