The rooms are in the side wing ( Flat is L shaped on a corner of two streets) with a lockable door. ( new lock to be fitted when contract is signed)
The rooms are now partially furnished with antique style sofa, mirrored Armoire, fixtures and fittings - extra furniture is negotiable in person -should you need a bed this can be purchased.
There can be a communal dining room ( 22m2) with access to the Balcony ( vorderhaus)- I will need to move furniture, before you move in so this can be discussed if you want outdoor space, and a nice extra space for entertaining

The flat is less than 300 meters away from Rathaus Steglitz U9 S Bahn and Bus Station. Schlossstrasse shopping street and Schloss Centre is less than 5 minutes away. Hochmeister Platz with its weekly market also super easy to get to. Albrechtstrasse has a large Denns Biomarkt, and Eurogida Turkish supermarket with Halal Butcher, as well as fast food outlets close by( Lookma, Risa, Manhatten pizza) . Lidl and Aldi are within 15 minute walking distance. Kosher markets are in Wilmersdorf and Wedding both within approx 20 mins on the U9 / U9.U7.
In the street itself we have a nice atmosphere with an art gallery, coffee shop, Morgenstern Book shop and cafe, French/ Moroccan Bistro, Italian resturants, a wine bar, soon to be opened Mexican restaurant, Marille and Vanilla Eisladen, and Mälzer bakery. At the back of our house is a childrens music school and Martial Arts centre, so some noise will be heard in the afternoon and into the evening. We have a doctors office upstairs, pharmacy, and tobacconists news agent on ground floor level.
I am looking for those who are looking to live in a gentle cooperative atmosphere- Good vibes!
I do not eat Pork, and so would ask that no pork products be prepared in the flat or kept in the fridge-
I work full time ( late shift work)and I am ideally looking for a couple to take over the space because the space allows ( my last flat mates were a couple) who are in a committed relationship, or a single person who is strong in themselves.
I'd like to share a delightful aspect of my home - my charming elderly Pug companion. So if you have a fondness for dogs, especially Pugs, this will surely enhance your experience here. There's no obligation to care for him, unless you wish to do so. He's very human orientated and likes snuggles so if you work from home, be prepared for possible moments when he may seek a cosy spot at your feet.
I will put the names of people forward, and ultimately the Hausverwaltung and building owner have the last say.
There may also be a possibility to rent a car space in the Hof at the back of the building, should you wish it could be directly negoitiable with the Hausverwaltung.
