Hallo ihr astreinen Astronautinnen und ihr blauen Klabauter! Schön, dass es euch gibt. Wir würden euch gerne kennenlernen! Denn wir brauchen eine neue Nr.4! Wir bieten: das gemütliche, ruhige Zimmer am Ende des Ganges.
Wir wissen: auch wenn im Preis alles enthalten ist (Flatrate-Preis!), ist die Sache schon ein bisschen irre und Steglitz ja noch (!) nicht Neukölln – wir können da leider Gottes nur auf das inzwischen echt verrückte Berlin und seine sich anpassenden Vermieter verweisen, und außerdem unser wirklich Bestes tun, euch in den folgenden Texten unsere WG schmackhaft zu machen (Spoiler: Geld stinkt, Steglitz nicht, und gute Gesellschaft ist das Alpha und Omega aller Griechisch-Studien).
Kurz zum Zimmer: Wohlfühl-Oase! Mit seiner einzigartigen, herrlichen Position ist es das ruhigste Zimmer der WG (weil weg von der Straße), habt ihr es im Sommer schön kühl (weil Nord-Ost-Seite), im Winter schön warm (weil Heizung), und könnt ihr jeden Abend die Sonne vor eurem Fenster untergehen sehen (weil immer noch Nord-Ost-Seite). Das Zimmer hat gemütliche 16qm und damit, wie die Bilder zeigen, lässt sich einiges machen. Es kommt vollständig möbliert, ihr erhaltet Bett, Schrank, Kommoden, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, und Couch. (Selbstverständlich könnt ihr auch eure eigenen Möbel mitbringen!) Außerdem: ein standartisiertes, aber schniekes IKEA-Bild von Berlin und der Spree sowie, um die Balance zu halten, ein stilvolles, gold-gerahmtes Ölgemälde irgendeines deutschen Sees. Es sei nochmal gesagt, dass in den 600 Euro Miete auch wirklich ALLES drin ist: Wasser, Strom, Heizung, schnelles Wlan, selbst die GEZ.

Hello there you amazing astronauts and soaring sea-devils! Thank you, simply, for being there. We would like to get to know y'all! Because we need a new Nr.4! We're offering: the comfy, quiet room at the end of the corridor.
We know: even though everything is included in the price (flatrate price), it's certainly still somewhat insane and Steglitz ain't Neukölln (yet) – sadly we can only point at the by now insane living situation in Berlin and its ever-adaptive landlords, and also do our very best to make you excited for our WG in these following texts (Spoiler: money stinks, Steglitz doesn't, and good company is the be-all and end-all of, well... all!)
About the room: feel-good oasis! Its unique and wonderful position makes it the most quiet room in the WG (because away from the street), has it be cool for you in the summer (because north-east-side), has it be warm for you in the winter (because heating), has you watch the sun go down in front of your window every evening (because, again, north-east-side). With the room's comfortable 16 square feet a lot can be done, which the pictures hopefully go to show. It comes fully furnished, you'll get a bed, a wardrobe, commodes, a desk, a chair, a couch. (Obviously you can bring your own furniture, too!) Also: a standard but stellar IKEA-picture of Berlin and its spree as well as, for Balance, a stylish, gold-framed oil painting of a random German sea. Let it be said again that in those 600 Euro of rent really EVERYTHING is included: water, electricity, heat, quick Wifi, even the GEZ.

Steglitz ist speziell. Sei was Besonderes, zieh nach Steglitz!
Okay, raus mit der Sprache: Steglitz ist (noch) nicht Szene-Bezirk, egal wie viele Club-Ideen wir dem Senat schon vorgelegt haben (z.B. unser vierstöckiges Haus in einen vierstöckigen Club umzufunktionieren namens 'Das Kabinett', in dem ganz oben im letzten Zimmer im letzten Stock ein dünnes, hohes Schränkchen steht, in das immer nur eine Person eintreten und die Mukke ganz privat für sich ertanzen kann). Steglitz hat nicht die größte Dichte an Spätis oder leckeren Restaurants, aber haben tut es eben doch beides! Steglitz ist nicht 10min von allem entfernt, aber mal ehrlich – was in Berlin ist das schon?
Steglitz ist schön, vor allem natürlich wenn man es mit den richtigen Leuten genießt. Hier ist es sehr grün und entspannt, die Leute sind freundlich, vor allem auch unsere Nachbarn, und deren süße Hunde. Die Lage hat alles was man braucht, vom Bus direkt vor der Tür, einer S-Bahn-Station zwei Stationen vom Ring entfernt, zum 24/7 Edeka in Reichweite.

Steglitz is special. Be someone special, move to Steglitz!
Alright, out with it: Steglitz isn't one of the 'In' Districts (yet), no matter how many ideas for techno clubs we've handed in to the senate already (e.g. transforming our four-story house into a four-story club called 'The Cabinet', which, within the last room in the last story, would feature a thin, tall cabinet, in which only one person could enter at a time and dance to whatever music is currently raging privately for a bit). Steglitz does not have the most Spätis or yummy restaurants of all districts, but it does have both of these! Steglitz isn't 10min away from everything else, but let's be honest – what in Berlin is?
Steglitz is beautiful, in particular if you enjoy it with the right people. It is very green here and relaxed, the people are kind, not in the least our neighbors, and their cute dogs. The location has everything you need, from a bus directly in front of the door, an S-Bahn station only two stations from the Ring, to a 24/7 at-the-ready Edeka.

Wir hatten in dieser WG schon allerlei coole Konstellationen und kennen uns schon sehr gut. Wir kochen miteinander, quatschen viel, gehen zusammen feiern, haben gemeinsame Freundeskreise, und freuen uns immer darüber, diese Kreise zu erweitern! Natürlich respektieren wir unsere gegenseitige Privatssphäre, haben auch mal unsere Türen zu und ziehen uns zurück. Normales, aufgeschlossenes WG-Leben im einzigartigen Berlin. Wir sind:
Leo, 31, hat Geologie studiert und arbeitet aktuell in einem aufstrebenden Vattenfall-Startup, das ganz Berlin mit Glasfaser vernetzen wird. Er kommt aus Italien und spielt leidenschaftlich gern Gitarre.
Caro, 26, hat den Architektur-Bachelor im Rücken und studiert jetzt Urbanistik im Master. Sie kommt hoch hinaus, denn: in ihrer Freizeit betreibt sie Stabhochsprung. Caro macht aktuell ein Erasmus-Semester in Norwegen und ist ab Anfang Dezember wieder da!
Marco, 28, studiert im Master of Education die Fächer Philosophie und Englisch. Er schreibt nicht gerne über sich selbst, aber wenn er muss (so wie jetzt), dann ausschließlich in der dritten Person, manchmal auch im königlichen Wir. Gerne quatscht er mit dir über *alles*.

We've already had all kinds of amazing combos in this WG and over the years we've gotten to know each other pretty well. We cook together, get together and talk a lot, go to parties and Clubs together, even have converging circle of friends, and we're always very happy to expand these circles! Of course we respect each other's private spheres, and often enough we have our doors closed and keep to ourselves and our work. Regular, open-minded WG-Life in the one-and-only Berlin. We are:
Leo, 31, who studied Geology and now works for an ambitious Vattenfall-Startup, which will connect the whole of Berlin with a glass fiber network. He hails from Italy and loves to play the guitar.
Caro, 26, holds the Bachelors in Architecture and is now studying Urbanism in the Masters. Rising star, she is, because: in her free time she's practicing pole vault. Caro is currently doing an Erasmus-semester in Norway and will be back in the WG at the start of December!
Marco, 28, studies Philosophy and English in the Master of Education. He doesn't much enjoy writing about himself, but when he does have to (like now), he does so exclusively in the 3rd person, sometimes even in the royal We. With pleasure he'd enjoy talking to you about *everything*.
