Well yeah Steglitz, what to say about it:

The district of Berlin you've probably never heard about, but still would love to move to.
Its quiet. Its green. Its old.
But we tend to be the loud and colorful flagship of Alternative culture in these sleepy streets.

I mean, we have a Netto and Rewe around the corner, really cool, we know.

But on a positive, unsarcastic note: There is a lot of good food places. And we excitedly await the Re-Opening of the GM26, the only cool bar Steglitz has to offer...and a place where more than half of us already worked in.

Transportation to more wild and typical "Oh my gosh, this is so Berlin"-Districts is easy: Either you take the S1 from Feuerbachstraße or the U9 from Walther Schreiber Platz.

Speaking of cool Kids: Who will you be living with?

Eve aka "Eve of Destruction": Psychology Student and Queer. She seems nice on the outside, but will be able to diss you and your whole existence with an innocent smile on her face...but mostly she's nice.

Chris aka "The Bearded One": Food Scientist. As old as time and has probably smoked more cigarettes than inhaled actual oxygen in his life. Dark humor and sarcasm fuel his being. Also shy with new people. But he's nice.

Poncho aka "Poncho es Machina": Mediascience Student. Hyperactive small man. Sporty at daytime, Chilling at nightime. Your man for Bullshit-Talks. Also quite nice

Arvid aka "The Man with the golden voice": Narrator and Aspiring Script Writer. Also Author of this horrendously long entry. He's super good looking, charming, wise, empathetic and being around him will improve your whole life. Despite these minor aspects he's really into movies. Irony gives his existence a purpose. Ah yeah and he is nice.

How is living with us?
Chill mostly. Especially in Corona Times, cause there is not a lot to do. Normally one person cooks for everyone and then we dine together in the evening. We care about food, 95% of the time it is plant based or at least vegetarian. You don't necessarily have to be vegetarian or vegan. We will respect your food habits as you will hopefully respect ours.
Meetings on the Balcony to smoke, work or just chat became a thing. All of us love movies and we tend to watch them on either Ponchos or Arvids Beamer. Under normal circumstances we go out in Bars together, have friends over, go to the cinema. You know: Also Art and things. So the basic stuff to fill ones life with. But not exactly what you would call a typical "Party Flat" with all the dancing and the techno and the drugs. We do that as well...but not every weekend.

We are a little family. And we respect the boundaries and privacies of everyone. If there is problems, we talk trough them. Communication is Key. Harmony the Goal.
And we have a weekly cleaning schedule.

And also you should be able to handle the form and amount of irony that has been put into this text. We don't want to overwhelm anybody.

And obviously:
NO HOMOPHOBIA, SEXISM, RACISM, AND ALL THEM OTHER -ISMS THAT ARE BAD!

Gee thats a long entry, isn´t it?
Lets just wrap this up real quick, I´m hungry.

So to balance it out a bit we preferably would have another girl as our new flatmate.
