The room comes with the following furniture:
large single bed 🛏, wardrobe, chair.
I bought all the above 2 years ago and also bought a service to build them. I sell them for 500€ euros, so if you are interested in this room, you should also be interested in buying the furniture:)

Very good location, 2 minutes from the bus stop, where you have a direct connection to the central train station HBF. 8 minutes by bus to Rathaus Steglitz, where you can find an Ubahn and a Sbahn station. The apartment is in the building facing the inner courtyard, so no bothering car noises are to be heard.
Thorsten from Bayern is my flatmate. He mainly speaks German (so that’s great if you are learning:D) but he can communicate in basic English
The room should be rent for a minimum of 6 months.
The price ( warm) was 365€, but because of the rising energy costs now Is 400€. So the adjustment has been made already, no further increases should happen because of the energy costs rising.
The WG is on the second floor, in the back of the courtyard , so you do not hear street noise. If you have any questions you can gladly text me :)
