I uploaded some pictures of the room. Tonight my flatmate will take a look ate the applicants and we will write to all that we will invite for an interview (online is a possibility as well). On Sunday (28.8) we will contact the potential candidates to arrange a meeting. Keep in mind that the meeting will most likely be on Monday or Tuesday the following week. Since I am done with my studies, I have to move out from my lovely room in Steglitz. I am offering my room in a 2 person WG. Important: You can only live here if you are a student of a University in Berlin (HU, TU, FU etc..). The room comes furnished with a couch, double bed with a really nice mattress, closet and a table (I also have a second mattress for free which can be used for guests). So basically perfect for people who will start to study or are currently studying. Everything regarding the electricity or water bill is included in the rent. You will share the kitchen and toilet with the other person currently living here.
Really nice and quiet neighborhood with excellent connections to the city and FU. Within 10 minutes you can be in Rathaus Steglitz. Within 15 minutes at the main campus in FU. There is also a grill place and an activity room in the building where you can chill with friends.
I will be leaving the room so you will be living with my current flatmate. She is studying Phycology at the FU and is a really quiet and chill person. The surrounding area is also very quiet, allowing you to concentrate on your studies.
Important!!: In order to live here you need to be a student and have already applied for a place in the studierendenwerk portal. The second part is quite easy and it only takes about 10 minutes. The room would be available starting from October but you could in theory move in even earlier. I will be leaving my stuff in the basement and will come to collect them around October. Another topic are the furnitures which I will not be taking with me, and will sell them to you for a fair price (can be negotiated). Also Important: My flatmate is looking for a girl. So please read until the end.
