Looking for future Tenant to take over this cozy room
The stated kaltmiete is the warmmiete! And there's also the internet fee of approx 12.6 euro per person. So 516+12.6 Euros
The room is 10 m2, furnished with : A bed, table, chair, drawer, clothes rack, small table beside the bed, lamp and mirror!
Window is facing a nice tree with squirrels and some greeneries.
Location is in Steglitz, Beymestr. The neighborhood is a very safe, clean and peaceful area. Supermarkets are within walking distance of about 7 min, there is a nice big park about 200m from the apartment. Very accessible with numerous buses and bus stops, nearest S/U-Bahn station is Rathaus Steglitz. Here are the possible public transportation nearby: U9, S1, M82. X83, 282, 284, 380, 181
Anmeldung is possible.
Your future flatmates are 2 koreans, 1 studying in Hanns Eisler Musikhochschule, 1 is studying in Freie Universität. Both are very easy to get along with. :)
As the washing machine, toaster and microwave are pretty new, the 3 of us bought them just this year, I would like to ask for a fee of 110 euros to take over/for usage of these electric appliances (and the key to your room, the room did not have a key previously)
