The room is 20m2, has wooden floors, white walls, white spacious wardrobe, bed and guest bed, carpet, a chair (in the pictures there is more stuff that can be removed or kept, as you wish). It has old decorations on the ceilings and an old heating unit (Kachelofen) that can be used if you want. However, there is conventional gas heating too!
In the flat almost everything is provided (you don't have to have pots or plates, but if you bring some - great! "Anmeldung" is no problem.
Location
Best connection to public transport. There is UBahn Schlossstrasse, U9, 4 minutes on foot, UBahn Breitenbachplatz, U3, 10 minutes on foot, and the SBahn Feuerbachstrasse, S1, 8 minutes on foot. Bus connections are also plentiful, and a bus stop is just around the corner. The FU can be reached in 5 minutes by bike, the MSB rather faster. The TU is about 25 minutes by train. There are several shopping centers and supermarkets / discounters in the vicinity, everything from cheap to classy.
Flatshare Type
I want a calm, yet communicative, an academic (MINT), interested in many things, a non-smoker. The flat share is relaxed and friendly. However, no party flat. More like a feel-good shared flat, where you can cook or do something together. What I can also imagine are game evenings together, also video or board games. If someone can do something with it: I have Go, wéiqí or baduk at a high level. Regarding pets: There are currently none. I can imagine one or maybe two cats, but unfortunately not a dog.
