here you have a silent and bright room in a 4 rooms apartment. i think the pictures brings you a very good impression.
apartment: beside my own room the other rooms are a guestroom and my working room (and your room).

500 meter between U9 Schloßstraße and U3 Breitenbachplatz, 700 meter to S1 Feuerbachstraße
All shops and restaurants in very short distance, my favourite is the vegan asian "Tiger Club"
4 km to the Grundwald forest, a place which i like very, especially the lake "Krumme Lanke" to swim and relax after work, especially in winter (ice bathing) :)
The neighborhood is clean with normal people
