Das Zimmer ist ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer in einer 2-Personen WG in Berlin-Steglitz, in der Nähe zum Walter Schreiber Platz . Die Wohnung ist der (3.) Etage des Wohnhauses. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert (Stuhl und Schreibtisch von mir stehen im Zimmer und können gerne benutzt werden ), sodass es ganz nach eigenem Belieben eingerichtet werden kann. Zusätzlich zu den Schlafzimmern verfügt die Wohnung noch über ein großes Wohnzimmer, welches natürlich gerne mitbenutzt werden möchte!
The room is a comfortable bedroom in a 2 person living community in Berlin-Steglitz close to U-Bahn station „Walter Schreiber Platz . As it is in the highest floor of the house (3nd floor). The room is unfurnished, so you can arrange it the way you like. In addition to „your“ bedroom there is a big living room in the flat which you can use of course.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Steglitz direkt an der Schlosstraße, wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf und darüber hinaus finden kann. Mehrere Einkaufscenter, ein Kino, diverse Cafés und Restaurants sind in der Umgebung zu finden. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus, S-Bahn und U-Bahn sind alle fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man innerhalb 20 Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt, wie etwa am Kudamm/Zoologischer Garten oder am Potsdamer Platz. Darüber hinaus hat man eine superAnbindung zur Technischen Universität (TU), zur Freien Universität in Dahlem (FU) und zur Uni Potsdam.

In der Wohnung fast alles an Hausrat vorhanden, was man benötigt und kann mitbenutzt werden: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Töpfe & Pfannen, Geschirr & Besteck, Handtücher. Du müsstest dir ein Bett organisieren .
Zu mir: Ich bin 35 Jahre alt, berufstätig und suche jemanden, mit der oder dem es sich angenehm und ohne große Regelungen möglichst unkompliziert zusammen leben lässt. Ich bin allerdings sehr selten zuhause, so dass das Zimmer und die Wohnung die meiste Zeit allein bewohnt werden würde. Perfekt für jemanden, der seine Ruhe benötigt.
