7 minutes on foot to the S1/ U9 Rathaus Steglitz, Schloßstraße (Berlin's second largest shopping street within walking distance).Zimmer verfügt über Bett, inkl. Matratze und Bettzeug, Schreibtisch, Drehstuhl, 2 Regale, 2 Schränke, Garderobe XXL Spiegel, 3 Lampen, kleinerTeppich (noch nicht alles auf den Fotos sichtbar).
Bettwäsche und Handtücher auf Wusch kostenlos vorhanden. Alle Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Waschmaschine etc. können mitbenutzt werden.
Wir sind in Paar in den 30 ern und bewohnen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Wohnküche, Flur, Bad und Vorgarten sind Gemeinschaftsräume. Kochen erlaubt. Dein Gästezimmer ist abschließbar.
Raucher passen leider nicht zu unserer WG.
Achtung wir haben einen jungen Hund!
Anmeldung ist möglich.
Bei Interesse gerne melden und eine kurze Selbstvorstellung, idealerweise ein Foto und vor allem den Impfstatus mit angeben. Tatsächlich haben wir sehr gute Erfahrung mit Inderinnen gemacht, alle anderen Nationen sind aber auch willkommen.

Bed linen and towels are available free of charge. All kitchen appliances, dishes, washing machine etc. can be shared.
We are a couple in our 30s and live in the living room and bedroom. Eat-in kitchen, hallway, bathroom and front garden are common areas. Cooking allowed. Your guest room is lockable.
Unfortunately, smokers do not fit into our flat share.
Attention we have a young dog!

Wir suchen jemand ruhiges und ordentliches. Unbedingt Nichtraucher und er/sie/es darf keine Angst vor Hunden haben. Da Nancy mit Hochrisikogruppen arbeitet, kommen nur vollständig Geimpfte infrage.
We are looking for someone calm and tidy. Absolutely non-smokers and he/she/it must not be afraid of dogs. Because Nancy works with high-risk groups, only those who are fully vaccinated are eligible.
