Miete: 530€ (inkl. GEZ + Internet + Strom + Heizung)

Das Zimmer wird leer sein, ihr müsstet alles mitbringen. Nur Gardinen sind bereits im Zimmer vorhanden.
Die WG ist sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Alles funktioniert: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien, Putzutensilien, WLAN, Warmwasser etc. Es wäre super, wenn ihr vorbei kommt, damit ich mir ein Bild von euch machen kann. Die Gegend ist allgemein ruhig und familiär, perfekt zum entspannen, aber trotzdem nur 1 U-Bahn Station von der Ringbahn entfernt. Schreibt mir gerne ein wenig was über euch. Wenn ihr diese Woche Zeit habt, könnt ihr gerne vorbeischauen :)

The room will be empty, you have to bring everything with you. Only curtains are already in the room.
The flat share is very clean and fully equipped. Everything works: dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, cleaning utensils, WLAN, hot water etc. It would be great if you could come by so that I can get a picture of you. The area is generally quiet and familiar, perfect for relaxing, but still only 1 subway station away from the Ringbahn. Feel free to write me a bit about yourself. If you have time this week, lets meet :)
