The room is about 21m2 on the first floor, with high roof + wooden floor + large windows. The room comes with a double bed + small bedside table + large wardrobe. I bought some small furnitures and household items (pillows, blanket, table lamp, etc) and intend to keep them here. You can have all of them for €100.

Tegel GorkiStraße. It is 10 minutes away from Tegel Quartier. There are REWE, TEDi, Dm, ALDI and Lidl nearby. 20 minute walk to Greenwichpromenade and Tegel Forest. There are public playgrounds, basketball courts, football fields and paid tennis courts within a 5-minute walk.
Transportation:
S-Bahn: 10 minute walk to Tegel station, S25 to the city center takes about 30 minutes.
Bus: Walk 5 minutes to the stop sign. Bus 124 takes 15 minutes to U8 Wittenau, and bus 125 takes 15 minutes to U6 Kurt-Schumacher-Platz.
Rent:
350 euros (cold) 500 euros (warm), Internet not included. Deposit is 3 month cold rent.
The lease period starts from January 1, 2024 and can be signed until December 31, 2024 and then renewed. Priority will be given to those who can rent for a full year.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared (1 toilet), and you need your own kitchenware. There is a wooden roundtable and 4 wooden chairs, which is suitable for dining with friends. There is also basement storage space.
