Hello guys!
I would like to rent my big room with a balcony in our beautiful flat in Berlin Tegel/Reinickendorf for one month - in August. The room will be rented furnished.
The area is particularly suitable for nature lovers, as it is only a few minutes' walk to the Flughafensee (with great beaches for swimming) or the Tegeler See (the latter is wonderful for longer walks). In between is the Junfernheide forest, where you can go jogging. Edeka (including a test centre) and Rewe are both five minutes away on foot. There are good connections to the city centre via the U6 (ten-minute walk to the Holzhauser Straße stop).
About the flatmates: Akzhan (26) studies Interior Design, Sam (26) studied Gender Studies and Art History and Benjamin (26) studies Biotechnology. They like to be outside in the fresh air, play board games and are always up for conversations. We want to live together in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It is important to us that the rooms are left clean and that everyone sticks to the cleaning schedule.

Im August vermiete ich mein großes Zimmer mit einem Balkon in unserer schönen Wohnung in Berlin Tegel/Reinickendorf. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.
Besonders geeignet ist die Gegend für Naturliebende, denn in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Flughafensee (mit tollen Stränden zum Baden) oder am Tegeler See (letzterer ist wunderbar geeignet für längere Spaziergänge). Dazwischen liegt der Forst Junfernheide, wo man gut joggen gehen kann. Edeka (samt Testzentrum) und Rewe sind in jeweils fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Über die U6 ist man gut an die Innenstadt angebunden (zehn Minuten Gehweg zur Haltestelle Holzhauser Straße).
Zu den Mitbewohner*innen: Akzhan (26) studiert Innenarchitektur, Sam (26) hat Gender Studies und Kunstgeschichte studiert und Benjamin (26) studiert Biotechnologie. Sie sind gerne draußen an der frischen Luft, spielen gerne Brettspiele und sind für Gespräche immer gut zu haben. Wir wünschen uns ein lockeres und freundliches Miteinander. Uns ist es wichtig, dass die Räume sauber hinterlassen werden und jeder sich an den Putzplan hält.
