Hola a todos! Estoy sublezando mi habitación grande (27m2) para junio y julio (las fechas pueden ser un poco flexibles)! Su completamente amueblado (incluso un poco más que las fotos, porque son de cuando me mudé). ¡Estarás compartiendo el apartamento con mis dos compañeras de piso, que son dos chicas encantadoras!
Pago 700€/mes y pediría lo mismo, así como un pequeño depósito que se devolvería tan pronto como te vayas.

Hi all! I am subletting my large room (27m2) for June and July (dates can be a bit flexible)! Its completely furnished (even a bit more than the pictures, because those are from when I moved in). You'll be sharing the apartment with my two flatmates, who are two really lovely girls!
I pay €700/month and would ask for the same, as well as a small deposit which would be returned as soon as you leave.
El barrio es muy agradable, muy tranquilo y muchos árboles. Hay un amplio transporte público alrededor. El U9 (Walther-Schreiber-Platz) y el S1 (Feuerbach Strasse) están a pocos minutos del apartamento. También hay varios autobuses diferentes cerca.
El apartamento está cerca de Shloßtrasse para que tenga acceso a todas las tiendas que pueda necesitar, pero debido a su calle lateral su en una zona súper tranquila y verde También hay muchos cafés y restaurantes.
The neighbourhood is very nice, very quiet and lots of trees. There is ample public transportation around. The U9 (Walther-Schreiber-Platz) and the S1 (Feuerbach Strasse) are both just a few minutes from the apartment. There are a number of different buses nearby as well.
The apartment is close to Shloßtrasse so you have access to all the shops you could need, but because its on a side street its in a super quiet and green area 🏡 There are many cafes and restaurants around as well.
Mis dos compañeros de piso son dos niñas (Elea y Yosr) que tienen alrededor de 27-28 años. Ambos están trabajando y así fuera la mayor parte del día, y les gusta tener una charla por la noche, pero también todos respetan el espacio de todos.
My two flatmates are two girls (Elea and Yosr) who are around 27-28 years old. They are both working and so out most of the day, and like to have a chat in the evening, but also everyone respects everyones space.
