Ich vermiete 1 ziemlich großes Zimmer in Tempelhof, gegenüber von Bahlsen Fabrik. Das Zimmer ist frei ab 11. Februar. Es können gerne auch 2 Leute wohnen, aber dann für höhere Nebenkosten nach Abspreche.
Die Fenstern sind zur Straße, aber mit Schallschutzfenstern. Also, kein Lärm in der Nacht.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit großem Wandschrank, Bett, Couch, etc. Bei Bedarf kann die Möbel auch ins Keller gebracht werden, falls jemand eigene Möbel mitbringen möchte.
Es gibt eine große Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd aber ohne Esstisch und in der Kammer steht die Waschmaschiene und es gibt Platz für verschieden Utensilien. Im Badezimmer ist ein WC und eine Badewanne.
In einem Zimmer wohnt eine sehr nette Erzieherin, 40 J.a., in anderen 2 WG Zimmern wohnt 34 J.a. Student.
Alles andere bei der Besichtigung.
We rent 1 quite big room, in a 4-Room-appartment in Tempelhof, next to the closed airport and park. There is U6 going there (2 Stations by bus or 15 min walking). Infront of the house goes M46 day& night. In 2 other rooms there stay one educator (40 y.) and one student (34 y.)
Die Wohnung ist wie gesagt in Tempelhof, direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt Oberlandstraße, in der Nähe von kleingärten Kolonien und es gibt Parkplätze vor der Tür. Der Park ist ca. 15- 20 min zu Fuß entfernt, wenn man durch die Kliengärten durchläuft. Vor der Tür fährt der M46 oder nicht weit entfernt die U6. Flughafen Telpelhof ist 2 Busstationenn entfernt.
In einem Zimmer wohnt eine sehr nette Erzieherin, 40 J.a., in anderen 2 WG Zimmern wohnt 34 J.a. Student.
