Located in Tempelhof, a buzzing quarter close to Tempelhofer Feld and Tempelhofer Hafen with direct subway connection to Humboldt/Beuth University/city center EAST or WEST via U6, bus stops, both almost in front of the house. Still this is a very quiet street for concentrated learning and a good night´s sleep.
Tempelhofer Damm with all shopping for your daily needs is just a block away, three parks (Alter Park, Lehne Park, Bosepark) just around the corner for jogging or reading in the sun. You can also use a pay-as-you-go car service like car2go or drivenow, the flat is located within their operating area.
The flat has just been renovated, carefree carpet tiles have been newly laid out, new furniture and a brand new kitchen with huge fridge was installed. There are TWO bathrooms (one for male/female roommates each) with shower/tub and a washer/dryer combination.

The Tempelhofer Damm has all kinds of shops for your daily needs - Karstadt, Pharmacy, Bakery, Press, Flowers, Döner/Pizza/Restaurants etc all just steps from your door.
This is a residential area - no party-zone. Please respect the young families and elderly around. Nevertheless we have very good direct connection to universities and city center by public transport, particularly the U-Bahn station Kaiserin-Augusta-Str. around the corner; you are located within the car-sharing area
The flat is completely furnished, the kitchen is perfect for a WG - huge fridge with room for six roommates, modern induction stove (quick like gas but less dangerous), oven for pizza and microwave for convenience.
There are TWO bathrooms with shower/tub and a washer/dryer combination.
Single occupancy per room! No smoking, no pets, no girlfriend/boyfriend permanently living in your room.
The WG has a cleaning plan and rules to distribute chores as well as fees (power/gas) among themselves.
This offer is for international students and young professionals only. You need to provide a university subscription or job contract and international passport (required by bylaws) in order to be considered.
We are offering a joint fixed-term contract with potential prolongation for all six tenants - everyone has full rights and responsabilities. Of course, tenants may change in case of serious problems. The rent is above LAGESO/jobcenter rate, sorry :-(
