The room is furnished as can be seen in the pictures. The position of the funiture can be moved as you please and if you have any other furniture you'd like to/have to fit in to the room that's not a problem.
The flat also has a living room with a small balcony to hang out , have dinner or to have guests over. The bathroom has a bath tub and a shower and the flat has an additional guest toilett.
The Flat is close to the U6 Stations Westphalweg and Ullsteinstr., so public transport connections to the Ring, Kreuzberg, Neukölln and the City centre are fast.
Situated close to Tempelhofer Hafen and Ullsteinhaus, within just a few minutes of walking there are two turkish Supermarkets, two Edekas, Netto, Lidl, a Bio Company and an LPG Biomarkt and of course many Spätis! A small russian and a small greek supermarket are also close by, as well as the Shopping Mall at Tempelhofer Hafen. There are noumerous street food options and restaurants close by as well.
Right now the WG is in a process of reassembly and we're just starting to live together in this constellation.
The idea is to have a friendly living environment, an open house and an open ear and not just a WG for mere functionality. :)
