Ab 1.Juli ist in unserer Berufstätigen -3er-WG (+/-30) ein möbliertes sonniges Zimmer frei mit eigenem Balkon ( a bit like in Paris), in einem schönen Altbau, Tageslichtbad.
Zwischenmiete, zunächst 3-4 -6 Monate, wenn es paßt, könnte auch länger möglich sein.
Ideal für Berufsanfänger und Berufstätige,
für Referendare, für Leute, die z.B. zur Technischen Universität oder nach Potsdam oder Richtung Pankow müssen, für Leute um die +/- 30 mit einem geregelteren Tagesablauf, die bereits arbeiten so wie wir, für Leute, die keinen Familienersatz suchen. Wir sind KEINE Party -WG.
Das highlight unserer Nichtraucher- Wohnung ist die große gemütliche Wohnküche.
Optimaler Verkehrsanbindung durch die nahe U-Bahn: nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur U1, U2, U3, U4 und mehrere Buslinien.
2 stops bis Bahnhof Zoo (Richtung Potsdam), 3 stops zur TU, wenige Minuten bis Mitte.
Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgestellt werden.
Viele kleine Läden, Kneipen, Cafés, Restaurants, Lebensmittelmärkte, z.B. Lidl, Edeka, Bio-Läden sind gleich um die Ecke, samstags auch ein großer Wochenmarkt mit mediterranem Flair.

Starting the 1st of July) we can offer you a sunny, quiet, furnished WG-room in our mixed non smoker WG- age about thirty.
Period: 3 to 4 to 6 months to start with- or perhaps even longer - depending on the situation and if it´s okay for everyone.
Perfect for your start in Berlin as a young professional, internship, Erasmus programm, PhD, Master, further education etc.
The highlight of our flat is the big cosy kitchen where you can cook or just sit together if you want.
We are no more students - we are post graduates and professionals, leaving home early in the morning for work, that´s why we are looking for somebody who is in a working situation as we are - and at about our age (+/-30)
We are definitely not a party-WG. Our philosophy: friendly but independent
Central location:
4 minutes to the next underground station U 1 U2 U3 U4) and to several bus stops,
2 stops to Bahnhoof ZOO ( direction POSTDAM), 2 stops to TU ( Technical University).
There are many little shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets just around the corner and on Saturdays a lovely big open air market near!
