Wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in, der/die sich unserer WG für den Herbst anschließen möchte, da unser derzeitiger Mitbewohner für ein paar Monate ein Auslandssemester in Frankreich macht. Ein Einzug ist zwischen jetzt und dem 31.08. möglich, die Miete würde anteilig gezahlt werden. Der Mitbewohner wurde kurz vor dem geplantem Umzug positiv getestet und daher hat sich alles ein bisschen verschoben, jetzt ist das Zimmer jedoch frei, akribisch gereinigt und bezugsfertig :)
Das Zimmer verfügt neben einem 140x200 m großen Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Einbauschrank über ein großes Regalsystem mit viel Stauraum. Da das Zimmer am Ende der Wohnung liegt und zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist, ist es trotz der super zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß und liegt neben dem Wohnzimmer, so dass man das Gefühl hat, seine Privatsphäre und viel Raum zu haben.
In der Miete ist alles inklusive.
In der Miete war bisher immer alles inklusive, sollte sich aufgrund der aktuellen energiepolitischen Lage drastische Preissteigerungen ergeben, würden die zusätzlichen Kosten auf uns drei aufgeteilt werden.
We are looking for a new roommate who would like to join our shared apartment for the fall, as our current roommate is doing a semester abroad in France for a few months. Moving in is possible from now till 31/08, rent would be paid proportionately. The roommate tested positive just before the planned move and therefore everything has been postponed a bit, but now the room is free, meticulously cleaned and ready to move in :)
he room has a double bed, desk, small wardrobe, and plenty of storage space. As it's at the back of the house it is quiet, even though it’s located in city center. The room is 15 sq m big and is located off the living room and therefore feels private and spacious.
The rent has always been all-inclusive, but if there would be drastic price increases due to the current energy situation, the additional costs would be split between the three of us.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Yorckstr. Mit Anbindung an S1, S2, S25, S26, U7 und M19 ist Alles in Innenstadtlage sehr schnell zu erreichen.
In direkter Nähe befindet sich Rewe, BioCompany und Hellweg. Selbst Discounter wie Aldi & Lidl sind fußläufig (ca. 8 min) erreichbar. Ebenso sind zahlreiche Parks, wie bspw. der Gleisdreieckpark und Viktoriapark in fußläufiger Entfernung der Wohnung, das Tempelhofer Feld oder den Tiergarten erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 12 min.
The apartment is beside Yorckstraße and is super well connected by the S1,S2,S25,S26, U7 & M19 bus all about 2-3 minutes away.
There is a Rewe (3 mins walking), Bio-company(3 mins walking) and Aldi & Lidl (8 mins walking) nearby. There is also a Hellweg 2 minutes walk away. The apartment is located closely to Gleisdreick and Victoria Park (walking distance) and only 12 min away from Tempelhofer Feld or Tiergarten.
Es handelt sich um eine Drei-Personen-WG. Wir beide sind berufstätig und studieren und sind dementsprechend viel unterwegs. Da der dritte Mitbewohner im Herbst in eine eigene Wohnung zieht, wird sich eine ganz neue WG-Konstellation ergeben. Bisher haben wir in der WG immer die Zeit gefunden uns abends spontan auf ein Gespräch oder einen Drink zu treffen. Zusätzlich organisieren wir regelmäßige WG oder gemeinsame Bar-Abende, um Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir alle den Raum des anderen respektieren und die Wohnung sauber halten (wir machen einmal pro Woche einen gemeinsamen WG-Putz). Dieses WG Lebe würde ich auch gerne über die Zukunft beibehalten.
It is a three person WG. This autumn were going to have a complete new WG-constellation since the third flatmate is moving out to his own apartment and the new one is moving in soon. Therefore, I want to point out that I would like to keep the current WG-lifestyle for the following months. We all live quite separate lives between work and study but we are always happy to meet for a chat or a drink in the evenings if available. We’ve also regularly organised WG dinners or bar-hoppings to spend time together and catch up. But it‘s also important to us that we all respect each other’s space and keep the apartment clean (we do an apartment clean once a week).
